Educators can download Kokanee Creek presentations in-line with school curricula

  • The plants of Kokanee Creek

    Roots, Shoots and Rattlesnake Mushrooms: a selected botany of Kokanee Creek that discusses some usage, including aboriginal, some life cycles, and interesting facts and descriptions of plants, fungi and lichens.

  • Kokanee Salmon

    A discussion of the Kokanee Salmon as the keystone species of Kokanee Creek. Looks at aboriginal technology and salmon, human influence on salmon, and Kokanee life cycle

  • A Kokanee Year

    A Kokanee Year uses trail cam videos and photographs from the park to show the birds, fish and animals of the park as the year changes. Life cycles, interactions of plants, animals and people in the ecosystem are highlighted.
